Comfortable room that was recently renovated, offering a good-sized space with all the necessary amenities. 🌟

Fantastic location for the fair

Few services, it's absurd to charge so much for the room and then close the restaurant for renovation or ask to pay for wifi to connect 2 devices (first free and second paid). It's absurd to have only a mini bar that serves a reduced assortment of breakfasts.

The breakfast was delicious, and the check-in process was welcoming, plus the room was spacious and had a nice view of the harbor through the blinds.

The cafe serves delicious breakfast with a great view of Victoria Harbour, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a meal.

Service and helpfulness of the staff. I had forgotten my jewelry in the room after check out and they had found it and put it in a safe place. No problem or additional cost for late check out and luggage storage. The location is great and easy to reach with the subway

There is no bar and that is a place where business is often done.

The super-friendly staff made our stay wonderful from check-in to the bellboys, restaurant staff, and room cleaners. The hotel's location near Pak Tai Temple is marvelous and stunning. Don't miss the renowned restaurant for dinner.

Got well-equipped room with memorable views of the harbor and cable TV, a balcony, and complimentary WiFi. Decent services, large bathroom. Decent and incredibly comfortable position in Hong Kong.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly and efficient, and the rooms are nicely decorated and modern with balconies.

The breakfast is complimentary and full size with free drinks and the location is ideal. The whole interior is modern and rooms are well-equipped. All the staff members are well-trained and service-minded. A subway station is close to the hotel that is nearer to the MTR station.

This place is conveniently located near a tube station, and I greatly enjoyed the American breakfast.

The hotel has a brand-new, modern unit with WiFi. The check-in and check-out processes were very good.- The hotel has an incredible location in a very relaxing area.- It is very easy to reach the hotel from Hong Kong H K Heliport airport, which is just 10 km away.

Excellent location right next to the HKCEC and within walking distance to the Star Ferry, very friendly and caring staff, rooms are bigger than average rooms of HK hotels, big fitness room, sumptuous buffet

It is difficult to find a weak point at this hotel, except for the fact that the price is high (five stars...) there are also a lot of extras. Sometimes at breakfast the waiters lose the coffee orders.

I had a really nice stay with great customer service. The hotel has a fantastic location adjacent to the MTR, Wanchai station.- The Hong Kong Island district was worth staying in.- The food in the outdoor restaurant was fabulous.
